Lots of activity a buzzing at STLP HQ these days. We’ve got a bunch of activities all occurring in the next few weeks so here’s a quick update to help keep them on your radar. Topics include:

Level 1 Projects: Regionals
30th Anniversary Logo Design Contest deadline

Level 1 Projects: Regionals

  • Registration closed for Level 1 Projects last week and, as expected, the participation numbers look great!
  • Regionals are Wednesday, December 6th.
  • STLP Coach will be emailed with details about presentations and presentation times for Dec. 6th this week.
  • Judges will be contacted by email with instructions and details, also.
  • Review materials to help get teams ready for their presentation at https://stlp.education.ky.gov/regionals

30th Anniversary Logo Design Contest deadline

  • Still time to submit a link to your logo design before the Dec. 1 deadline!
  • Some super creative options have already been sent in.
  • We’ll review entries and unveil the special 30th Anniversary logo in January.

Engineer/Ambassador Interviews

  • Recently submitted STLP Engineer/Ambassador applications are currently being reviewed.
  • A limited number of candidates will advance to an online interview stage of the selection process.
  • STLP Coaches will be alerted to the status of their applicants within the next two weeks with interviews to occur before Dec. 20th.
