Projects at Regionals can still be in development. A “completed” project is not expected until reaching the Level 2 Project stage. Instead, Level 1 Projects presented at Regionals should be an in-depth pitch to judges, with presenters sharing their vision and timeline for completion. Teams come to Level 1 judging with the intent of convincing judges their project ideas are strong enough to deserve an invite to STLP State.
