NOTICE: The following registration form is divided into 7 parts:
Since there is NOT an option to save your progress as you complete the registration form, you are invited to utilize an offline Registration Planner Tool (MS Excel spreadsheet) to gather STLP information in one location prior to beginning the final registration form. Information collected on the Planner Tool will then need to be transferred into this online registration form (by no later than Oct. 24th, 2016).

NOTE: Any STLP submitting projects or service category candidates must supply a volunteer judge in order to participate. Groups that are "Attending Only" are NOT required to provide a judge; yet, these are required fields for this form. So, please enter "Attend Only" in the required Judge Name fields if your STLP is attending only and NOT providing a judge.
While most judges will be assigned to the area of greatest need (typically as a Showcase Project Judge), some judges may possess professional skills or interest in another area. Although effort will go into placing judges in the area of their preference, please note that judges will ultimately be assigned to an area where the greatest need exists -- even if that is outside of their indicated preference.

Project: STLP Groups design and create project plan. One to four students present the project for Regional (Level 1) Judges. Selected Projects will be invited to Semifinal (Level 2) judging at the State Championship, with the goal of making it to State Finalist (Level 3) judging and possibly being named “Best STLP Project in Kentucky”.
NOTE: Please remember that although internet access is available at all Regional Showcase locations, each STLP project team should come prepared with an alternative method for presenting in the event that local internet access is sporadic or overwhelmed. As a precaution, come prepared to present without internet if necessary.
Each school may submit up to 3 Showcase Projects. Schools that requested/received Gold Status at the end of the previous school year are entitled to submit up to 4 projects; while schools in Titanium/Platinum district are entitled to submit up to 5 projects each.
NOTE: Each Project presentation team is limited to 4 student presenters. While a project could be developed and conducted with any number of STLP students, the 4 best presenters should be selected to represent the Project for judges at Regionals.
