NOTICE: The following registration form is divided into 9 parts. Here is an overview of the information each section will require:
Since there is NOT an option to save progress, you're invited to utilize an offline Registration Planner Tool (MS Excel spreadsheet). Use the tool to gather DPOJ info prior to beginning the final registration form, then need manually transferred online (by 11:59 PM EST on January 13th, 2017).

IMPORTANT: Every STLP participating in DPOJ must supply a volunteer judge in order to participate. STLP groups submitting between 1 - 8 products are only responsible for one volunteer judge. Groups submitting 9 or more products must provide a second judge, as well.
Note that Judges may not always be assigned to their requested product category. We will often re-assign as necessary to cover all areas. Thank you!
IMPORTANT: If your school is submitting 9 or more products, you are required to provide a second volunteer judge.
NOTE: As the STLP Coordinator, you can list yourself as a the volunteer judge. We like having other people volunteer as judges so we can share STLP with as many folks as possible, but in a pinch it's ok to list yourself here.

The Minecraft process differs from other DPOJ registration processes. This registration is where you indicate your school's intent to submit a Minecraft design by March 4th (following guidelines on the STLP Gaming: Minecraft rubric).
In order to create the best experience for all participants in the Minecraft competition, we ask that teams intending to submit a design indicate their intention during the DPOJ registration window. Here are the next steps:

Please note that registration forms have only been successfully submitted when you click the "Submit" button below and then see a "Success!" message open on your screen. Also, a registration receipt will also be emailed to the Coordinator eMail address you've provided (which includes details of all you've submitted for your review).
If neither appear, double check that all required fields have been completed and submit again. If you get the "Success!" message but no email receipt, please contact Jeff Sebulsky at: firstname.lastname@example.org
